Our Legends program is one of the busiest—and most rewarding—parts of the gym. Designed for adults 60+, it's a strength and movement program built to help you move better, stay strong, and feel great doing everyday things.
It’s not about chasing records. It’s about maintaining independence, confidence, and energy. And the group that trains here? They're fun, supportive, and strong.
We keep our class sizes small so everyone gets the coaching and attention they need. That means we often run a waitlist—and when space opens up, we want new members to feel ready to hit the ground running.

Our Intro to Moving Like a Legend course is a 4-class small-group series designed to introduce you to:
Whether you’re returning to fitness or starting fresh, we’ll teach you the basics and help you feel confident before stepping into the main group. You don’t need experience—just a willingness to learn and move.

🎯 After completing the 4-class intro, you'll be eligible to join our regular Legends classes, pending available space.
