Looking to try a group workout class in Penticton? We’ve got you covered.

This week at Beach City Fitness, we’re running Bring-a-Friend sessions—an opportunity for you (or your friend!) to try out a free workout class in a supportive, all-levels environment.

Whether you're new to fitness or just looking for something fresh, it's the perfect way to experience what our community is all about—no pressure, no commitment.

Classes You Can Try for Free:

We’ve opened up a few of our most popular sessions:

  • Simply Strong – a strength and movement class designed for beginners and anyone easing back into fitness
  • Sweat45 – our 45-minute, high-energy cardio + strength class—quick, fun, and effective
  • Legends and Kickstarter – designed for all levels and ideal for starting smart

You don’t have to come with someone—you can register and come on your own. Just book your spot and show up. We’ll guide you through everything.

What You’ll Need:

  • Comfortable clothes you can move in
  • A water bottle
  • Optional: your workout buddy!

Location & Parking:

We’re located right off the beach in Penticton. Free parking is available at Barefoot Beach Resort on the north side of the highway. If the front lot is full, head to the large fenced-in lot behind it. Walk toward the lake and through the tunnel under the highway—you’ll see our front door right ahead.
