StrongHER Teens – A Fitness Program for Teenage Girls

At Beach City Fitness, we believe strength training is one of the most powerful tools to help young women grow into confident, capable adults. That’s why we created StrongHER Teens, a 7-week program designed specifically for girls ages 12–18.

This small-group training program runs on Mondays at 4:00 PM and focuses on teaching proper form, building strength safely, and making fitness a fun, supportive experience. Whether your teen is already active or just starting out, StrongHER is the perfect way to learn the foundations of fitness in a positive, encouraging environment.

What Your Teen Will Learn

During the 7-week session, participants will:

  • Master the basics of strength training – squats, deadlifts, presses, and bodyweight exercises.
  • Improve mobility and coordination – essential for sports and everyday life.
  • Build confidence in the gym by learning how to use equipment properly and safely.
  • Train in a supportive group with other girls, guided by experienced coaches.

Our coaches focus on technique first, so teens gain confidence before adding intensity. We want every participant to leave each class feeling stronger, healthier, and more capable.
