• ‍Our Legends 55+ Class is tailored for older adults living and playing around Penticton who want to stay active, strong, and independent. Held in the mornings this program is designed with functional fitness in mind, focusing on improving strength, mobility, balance, and overall health. Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or have years of experience, our expert coach Will Vigors will customize workouts to meet your specific needs and abilities.

• When: Monday, Wed and Fri 8am or 10:15am
