New to Strength Training? Join Our Intro to Legends Series This August

If you’ve been curious about strength training but don’t know where to start — or you’ve been eyeing our popular Legends Training group — this is your opportunity.

Our Intro to Legends series is designed specifically for those aged 55+ who want to build strength, improve mobility, and boost overall confidence in the gym. It’s a low-pressure, supportive environment where you’ll learn the foundational movements we use in our full Legends program.

  • 4 Introductory Classes

  • Time: 10:15 AM

Each one-hour session will introduce you to strength training in a way that is approachable, safe, and tailored to your needs. Whether you’re new to fitness or just looking for a smarter way to move, these classes will give you a bite-sized experience of what our Legends program offers.

You’ll learn how to move better, feel stronger, and gain the confidence to continue your journey — whether that’s joining our regular Legends sessions or applying what you’ve learned on your own.
