Each one-hour session will introduce you to strength training in a way that is approachable, safe, and tailored to your needs. Whether you’re new to fitness or just looking for a smarter way to move, these classes will give you a bite-sized experience of what our Legends program offers.
You’ll learn how to move better, feel stronger, and gain the confidence to continue your journey — whether that’s joining our regular Legends sessions or applying what you’ve learned on your own.
