CompTrain at Beach City Fitness is our core group training program — built for everyday people who want to feel stronger, move better, and get serious about their fitness. Whether you're new to training or a longtime athlete, CompTrain helps you push your limits in a way that’s safe, supportive, and sustainable.

CompTrain is a results-driven training system based on functional fitness, progressive strength, and conditioning. If you've done CrossFit before — this will feel familiar. And while we’re not currently affiliated with CrossFit® or Hyrox®, our workouts share a lot of the same DNA.

Every class is led by a certified coach who will help you move well, adjust for injuries or limitations, and progress at your pace.
This is the program that built our gym. It’s how our members have gotten stronger, leaner, and more confident for the past 10 years. We rebranded from CrossFit to CompTrain to better serve a broader community — and it’s working.
